Noel's Recipe


 

Marinated Chicken Strips with a Julienne of Spring Cabbage and Smoked Bacon

 

 

2 X 800g Chicken Breast cut in Strips

Marinade : Soy Sauce

Olive Oil

Salt / Pepper

2ozs. Smoked Bacon

4ozs. Spring Cabbage (Blanched )

1oz. Chopped Onions

1oz. Butter

Method :

  • Fry off the onions and Smoked Bacon in Butter
  • Add Cabbage and give a quick stir about to heat.
  • In a pre-heated frying pan fry off chicken strips for a minute or two
  • Arrange Cabbage on four warmed Plates
  • Place Chicken Strips on top and serve.
